Joran Kaptein

Mr. Kaptein joined HighBrook in 2021 and is focused on the legal and tax aspects of HighBrook’s European Investments.

Prior to HighBrook, Mr. Kaptein served for four years as a tax lawyer at Loyens & Loeff, focused on the structuring of real estate and private equity investments, primarily on matters pertaining to HighBrook. He began his career with internships at PwC, EY, and KPMG.

Mr. Kaptein earned both a bachelor’s degree and an LLM in Tax Law from Leiden University in The Netherlands. He is a Dutch national.
