About

Since 2010, HighBrook Investors has committed nearly $2 billion of equity across various property types in both the US and Europe.

HighBrook focuses on acquiring well-located assets below their intrinsic worth with multiple paths to realize value.

The HighBrook team has a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and secular shifts to identify opportunities. With deep experience and a proprietary network, HighBrook frequently sources investments off-market. A longstanding track record of public and private market investing enables HighBrook to insightfully navigate evolving real estate market cycles.

The HighBrook team’s distinctive approach combines an entrepreneurial style with carefully procured institutional risk management and conservative operating procedures. Strategic and vertically integrated relationships with skilled local partners provide “on the ground” resources and act as extensions of HighBrook in its investment markets.
