David Germer

Mr. Germer joined HighBrook in 2016 and is a generalist on the investment team with a particular focus on HighBrook’s investment activities in Denmark.

Prior to HighBrook, Mr. Germer was an Associate at Franklin Templeton Investments where he sourced and executed real estate investment opportunities in both Europe and the US. He also worked at JER Partners, later acquired by LaSalle Investment Management, as an analyst focused on the acquisition and management of European real estate investments.

Mr. Germer earned a bachelor’s degree in General Management with a major in Real Estate from the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel. He is a German national.
