Mr. Frechter joined HighBrook in 2024 and is a generalist on the Investment Team with a particular focus on HighBrook’s portfolio management activities globally and investment activities in the US.
Prior to joining HighBrook, Mr. Frechter was a Senior Associate with Shorenstein Properties where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and asset management of office and mixed-use investments. He began his career as a member of the Real Estate Capital Advisory Group first at Greenhill & Co, and then at Evercore.
Mr. Frechter earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
